Hilldaari
Hilldaari, PLAN Foundation's flagship project, is an initiative by Nestlé India to strengthen sustainable waste management in India’s tourist destinations.

Purna
Project Purna, a PepsiCo initiative, partners with the Municipal Corporation in Mathura–Vrindavan and operates across 13 villages in Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh, as well as 5 villages in Sangrur district, Punjab. This project enables decentralised waste management through collection, segregation, and local processing.

S.O.R.T
S.O.R.T, a flagship initiative by the Swarn Lata Motherson Trust (SLMTT) and PLAN Foundation, is being implemented in Ahmedabad, building on its work in Kovalam and Oulgarte (Puducherry), where decentralised systems manage dry and wet waste through Sanitation Parks and odour-free Aerobins.

Bin It Better
The Bin it Better (BIB) Project, an initiative by United Breweries, works across 16 villages in 11 panchayats of Ponda Taluka, South Goa, to build decentralized and community-led rural waste management systems through awareness, improved recycling infrastructure, and inclusive sanitation livelihoods.

The Start A Little Good campaign by Hindustan Unilever Limited, with PLAN, promotes source segregation in Mumbai by engaging 13,000+ households through Safai Saathi training, awareness drives, and behavioural nudges.
